Mrs. A, a 50-year-old woman with a history of type I diabetes mellitus and angina was hospitalized this morning after experiencing retrosternal chest pain that began after eating a heavy meal. Pain is now present but is minimal. Vital signs are: BP-110/80, P-80/min, R-19, T-98˚F, and O2 sat. 97% in R/A.

 

At 20:00, while lying in her bed, Mrs. A tells you, “I'm having a crushing chest pain that just started when I went to the bathroom." Her vital signs are: BP-127/89, P-89/min irreg., R- 12, T-98.5˚F, and O2 sat. is 89% in R/A.see answer
